Two tender pork chops topped with sweet corn and Pete's homemade salsa. Served with a choice of potato and vegetables of the day.  12.95

TEX-MEX CHICKEN
A chicken breast seasoned and baked to perfection. Served with refried beans, rice pilaf, pico de gallo, guacamole and tortilla chips. Pete got this recipe from his buddy Bonsai Bob who runs a parasailing boat for a local resort in Cancun, Mexico.  12.95

LEMON SALMON
A 9 oz. salmon filet  grilled to perfection and topped with a lemon butter  sauce and served with garlic horseradish mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables.  15.95

CHIPOTLE RIBEYE
A 12oz Ribeye char-grilled then topped with a spicy chipotle sauce.  Served with chef's vegetables and choice of potato.    17.99

PETE'S FAJITAS
