TUESDAY DINNER PETE'S IN MIAMI!



APPETIZER:  COCONUT CHICKEN FINGERS
Just add a little lime in the coconut and shake it up with fresh chicken breast tenders and deep fry until golden brown and served with our mango sauce for dipping.  7.95

JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN PAN BAKE
Pete sailed back from Jamaica just to share this recipe with us.  Sauteed in extra virgin olive oil chunks of a chicken breast, jerk seasoning, garlic, corn kernels, sliced onion and bell peppers served over a bed of potatoes and topped with Asiago cheese.    12.95

LEMON SALMON
A 9 oz. salmon filet  grilled to perfection and topped with a lemon butter  sauce and served with garlic horseradish mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables.  15.95
